OVERVIEW OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE POST
Under the authority of the Director and Representative of UNESCO to Brazil, the direct supervision and technical guidance of the Sciencies Coordinator, the incumbent will be the focal point for one or more specific themes within the field related to the Sciences Programme regarding project execution, mobilizing partnerships and extrabudgetary resources, fostering collaboration with the government, academic institutions, civil society, and the private sector, developing and implementing projects and supporting the Programme Coordinator.
