About this role

Project Leadership & Customer Experience: Act as the primary focal point and trusted partner for the customer during the execution phase. Ensure the correct delivery of all projects sold by the Capital Sales team, manage contract expectations, and drive a superior customer experience.
Planning & Execution: Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project, ensuring all technical and commercial contract requirements are strictly met.
Performance & Cost Control: Monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Rigorously manage the project budget and financials, controlling costs and optimizing margins to ensure overall project profitability.
Problem Solving: Take proactive action to resolve operational problems, mitigate risks, and minimize delays throughout the project lifecycle.
