Job Summary
The Project Manager (State-Based) will lead the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and delivery of a 12-month renewable project within an assigned state. The role serves as the state-level focal point for project implementation, coordinating project teams, stakeholders, partners, resources, and activities to ensure delivery against approved objectives, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and reporting requirements. The Project Manager will oversee the project from mobilisation and implementation through monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and close-out, while managing risks, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
