About this role
Position: Project Manager
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager is responsible for various construction, utilities and general projects throughout the development lifecycle at Alaro City. This will be done through effective management of the set budgets and timelines, in conjunction with service providers (where relevant) and Alaro City management.
Other responsibilities include:
- Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
- Ensure successful completion of assigned projects in terms of cost, quality, and HSE.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, licensing authorities, and management to determine specifications, risks, and required resources for the projects.
- In charge of end-to-end programme of works and execution of assigned projects.
- Manage all aspects of multi-discipline construction projects in the field.
