Project Launch Manager (m/w/d)
Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie:
- Projektziele: Sicherstellung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Rentabilität, Qualität und Produktionsvorbereitung.
- Ressourcenmanagement: Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der benötigten Projektressourcen.
- Leistungsmanagement: Verfolgung von Kosten. Umsetzung von Verbesserungsplänen und Validierung von Projektressourcen und Teamaktivitäten.
- Industrielle KPIs: Steuerung industrieller KPIs während der Startphase und Koordination der Vorserienlieferungen mit Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen.
- Budget und Ressourcen: Verwaltung des Projektbudgets und der Ressourcen am Standort Wemding sowie Entwicklung der Teammitglieder.
- Teilnahme an Reviews und Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Erreichung von Meilensteinen.
