Job Overview We are looking for an ambitious, target-oriented Field Project Development Officer to spearhead our commercial project sales. You will prospect and secure business from corporate clients, real estate developers, building contractors, institutions (schools, churches, hospitals), and site engineers for large-scale painting projects across Rivers State.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and visit active building sites, real estate developments, and institutional facilities to offer commercial painting solutions.
- Conduct site assessments, present product technical specifications, prepare project estimates, and submit competitive tender proposals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, project managers, quantity surveyors, and painting contractors.
