Job Description:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for improving the well-being of children and their families through the effective coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Transforming Harmful Cultural Practices for Resilient and Inclusive Villages for Every Child (THRIVE) Project. The role ensures quality and accountable project delivery in line with Partnership standards, organizational policies, and Child Protection requirements. Working closely with churches, faith-based organizations, community and customary leaders, government institutions, and other stakeholders, the Project Coordinator promotes interventions that are responsive to local contexts and contribute to sustainable community outcomes.
