Overview
A Programme Manager is being hired by Sickle Cell Hope Alive Foundation (SCHAF) in Ibadan. The role is hybrid/home-based with local visits to facilities and offices.
Responsibilities
- Plan outreach activities, workshops, and meetings; track agendas, action plans, minutes, and logistics.
- Conduct hospital visits, including UCH, Adeoyo, RRSH, and Oni Memorial, to support beneficiary enrollment, PLWSCD follow-ups, and partner relations.
- Identify grants, track donor opportunities, conduct literature searches, and assist with concept notes and grant proposals.
- Maintain organized databases of beneficiaries, donors, volunteers, and stakeholders while safeguarding medical confidentiality.
- Oversee social media platforms/website inquiries, produce impact stories, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and supervise volunteers.
