Section: About the Role - Sickle Cell Hope Alive Foundation (SCHAF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting People Living with Sickle Cell Disease (PLWSCD). Reporting to SCHAF Management and the Board of Trustees, the Programme Manager will coordinate the planning, implementation, documentation, research, and stakeholder engagements for the foundation's health advocacy programs across Ibadan. Section: Key Responsibilities - Plan outreach activities, workshops, and meetings; track agendas, action plans, minutes, and logistics. Conduct hospital visits (e.g., UCH, Adeoyo, RRSH, Oni Memorial) to support beneficiary enrollment, PLWSCD follow-ups, and partner relations. Identify grants, track donor opportunities, conduct literature searches, and assist with concept notes and grant proposals.
