The Program Manager III, Network Quality and Systems Integration, plays a vital role in executing high-priority quality and patient safety, service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement initiatives across the DFCI regional campuses. Under the direction of the Associate Medical Director for Quality, DFCI Network and in collaboration with Network Operations, Network Nursing leadership, the Department of Quality and Patient Safety, and regional site leadership, the Program Manager leads measurement, performance analysis, stakeholder engagement, action planning and oversight, and process improvement activities that advance the quality and reliability of patient care and the achievement of Institutional goals.
