Job Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Career Services, the Program Manager supports the daily operations and strategic initiatives of UC Clermont's Career Services Center. This position coordinates career programming, employer engagement activities, workforce development initiatives, communications, events, and operational functions that advance the college's commitment to career readiness and experiential learning.
Serving as a central connector between students, faculty, staff, employers, alumni, and community partners, the Program Manager helps students discover opportunities, access campus and community resources, engage in experiential learning, and prepare for meaningful careers.
