The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health seeks a program coordinator to support the Street Training for Residents in Engagement, Evaluation, and Treatment (STREET) program, a federally funded grant program aimed to enhance resident physician training for people experiencing homelessness (PEH). The STREET program will implement curriculum and clinical care rotations to engage PEH in medical care and resources, evaluate PEH for medical conditions, behavioral health concerns, and substance use concerns, and provide referrals to external resources with the assistance of an interprofessional STREET team. The program coordinator will support the implementation of the STREET program by coordinating resident scheduling, didactic sessions, and rotation experiences with key stakeholders.
