- Drive Committee Governance, Pre-Steering & Execution

- Build and maintain the committee landscape, including mandate, scope, membership, governance rules, cadence, and interfaces.

- Own pre-steering and end-to-end execution: annual calendar, agenda planning, stakeholder alignment, input collection, pre-read quality assurance, meeting coordination, minutes, decision log, and action register.

- Independently resolve open questions and factual issues with responsible departments; ensure completeness and quality of all dion materials.

- Establish common templates, status logic, escalation paths, and a single source of truth; continuously improve committee effectiveness.
