Summary

The Program Analyst for Facilities and Engineering Service (FES) M&O at the VA Maryland Healthcare System (VAMHCS) is a key staff member assigned to the Office of the Facility Maintenance Supervisor (FMS) of M&O at Perry Point Medical Center. The Program Analyst reports directly to the Administrative Officer. It is is a non-supervisory position but works directly with all supervisors and managers within FES, as well as key staff members and service chiefs assigned to other service-lines.

Duties

• Major duties include but are not limited to: Coordinates and monitors all FMS M&O work channels to ensure high quality service is performed and to meet all deadlines, goals and other service-line expectations
• Supports a wider scope of services both "in-house" M&O and construction to providing re-occurring annual service contracts
