About this role
Volt is immediately Hiring Production Workers in Melville, NY!
As a Production Worker you will:
- Accurately measure and mix raw materials according to specified formulations and batch records.
- Operate and maintain compounding equipment, ensuring it is clean, calibrated, and functioning properly.
- Monitor the compounding process to detect and resolve any issues that may affect product quality or safety.
- Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including batch logs and quality control documentation.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on compounding machinery.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting material usage and shortages.
