Production Supervisor & Packing Shift In-Charge
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise packaging activities during assigned shifts
- Verify BPR, materials and products before start-up
- Ensure line clearance before and after batches
- Monitor packaging operations for GMP and quality compliance
- Allocate and supervise packaging-line operators
- Monitor equipment, in-process checks and packaging quality
- Reconcile packaging materials and finished products
- Complete BPR documentation accurately
- Report and investigate deviations, breakdowns and quality issues
- Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Engineering and Maintenance
- Ensure production targets, safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards are met
- Train and coach operators on SOPs and GMP
- Ensure proper labelling, coding, serialization and traceability
