About this role
Production Supervisor, Sikhiu
What you will do:
- Production & Process Control – Manage 24/7 Starch and Sweetener operations, troubleshoot issues, prioritize actions, and ensure smooth production performance.
- IPS & Performance Management – Drive production KPIs through tier meetings, follow-up actions, RCA, FCA, and support for Global IPS certification.
- Quality, Food Safety & EHS – Ensure compliance with procedures, work instructions, SOPs, life-saving rules, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, GHPs, and other applicable standards.
- Risk & Data Analysis – Identify and report safety, environmental, and food-safety risks, coordinate root-cause analysis, and establish corrective and preventive actions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with QA, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, GTM, IPS, and other teams to achieve strong operational performance.
