Job Purpose
- To supervise daily production activities and ensure the efficient manufacturing of products in accordance with established quality, safety, and productivity standards. The incumbent will oversee production operations, monitor manufacturing processes, manage production personnel, and apply chemical knowledge to ensure product consistency and process optimization.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related science discipline.
- Minimum of 4-7 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG, personal care, food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
