MacLean-Fogg is hiring a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift for our Farmington Hills, MI manufacturing operation. In this role, you will lead daily production activities and team performance while supporting safe, efficient operations, product quality, workflow consistency, and continuous improvement.

- Work Arrangement: On-site
- Schedule: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
- Pay: $75,000-$85,000 per year, depending on skills and experience
- Employment Type: Full-time / Salary
What You'll Do as a Production Supervisor
- Lead the production team responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and packaging goods for shipment, providing guidance, coaching, training, and ongoing support.
