Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)
We are looking for a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) who will provide immediate management to a team of approximately 40+ employees in our Final Assembly area. You will work onsite at our Mequon, WI plant and report to the Senior Production Supervisor. Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm with occasional Saturdays.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage about 40 employees across 2nd shift in final assembly department.
- Maintain and enforce safe work practices.
- Select and hire employees and provide ongoing performance monitoring.
- Establish and implement employee training programs and schedules.
- Implement company procedures for disciplinary policies.
- Perform resource planning requirements and scheduling of work hours and time off requests.
- Administer and maintain employee time at work records and systems.
