What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, inventory targets, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
- Balance production requirements with available resources to ensure optimal utilization of equipment and labor.
- Coordinate daily and weekly production planning activities with manufacturing teams.
- Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to address changes in demand, material shortages, capacity constraints, or operational issues.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Planners, Purchasing, Production and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability for planned production.
- Analyze production requirements and capacity constraints to identify risks and recommend mitigation actions.
