Production Operator
About this role
The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role ensures that products are packaged according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory standards, and company procedures, while maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency. This position is in our Moulding & Trimming Department. The Production Operator operates manual and semi-automatic compression moulding/trimming machines in accordance with SOPs and WIs to produce moulded sheets of varied products from preform rubber compounds in accordance to productivity standards. Preforms Pre-control on rubber compounds in accordance to productivity standards.
Essential Functions
- Works under the guidance of Supervisor or Crew Leader to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
