Responsibilities
- Oversee production from raw-material preparation and weighing through mixing, filling, packaging and transfer of finished products.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved formulations, SOPs and production instructions.
- Supervise production assistants and ensure proper allocation of tasks.
- Maintain strict GMP, hygiene, safety and sanitation standards throughout production.
- Ensure proper line clearance and prevent contamination or product mix-ups.
- Complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), production records and other required documentation accurately.
