About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize daily production activities within our plastic manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within approved timelines and resource requirements.
- Monitor production output, machine efficiency, capacity utilization, downtime, waste, and material consumption.
- Develop production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and available capacity.
