As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation and ramp-up of advanced manufacturing cells – including CNC Milling, Washing, Annealing, Side pull Press, CNC Turning, and Shotblasting. You will have the opportunity to work within Alfa Laval’s Food & Pharma Division and lead the next major project expansion, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently this is an onsite role located in Indianapolis, IN.
As a part of the team, you will:
- Lead all phases of new manufacturing cell installations, from planning and budgeting through execution and commissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
