The Production Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of Livespot productions by providing administrative, logistical, and coordination support across studio-based and remote projects.

This role focuses on execution and support rather than ownership of budgets or strategic decisions, ensuring that productions run smoothly under the direction of the VP Livespot Studios and Production Manager.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administrative and logistical support to the Production Manager, Line Producer, and wider Production team.

Assist with coordinating studio and remote production activities, including scheduling equipment, crew, and facilities as directed.

Support project planning by helping to collate production information, scripts, schedules, and call sheets.
