Job Purpose The Product Specialist – Digital Business is responsible for supporting the growth, positioning, presales, implementation, adoption, and ongoing support of the organisation’s Digital Business solutions. The role combines technical product expertise, presales support, customer engagement, solution implementation, product enablement, and market development. The Product Specialist works closely with the Business Development/Sales team, Business Unit Head, Product Managers, OEMs, technology partners, and customers to identify opportunities, demonstrate solutions, support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), facilitate implementations, and ensure successful adoption of digital business solutions.
