Product Specialist - Cleaning Technology (w/m/d)
Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Product Specialist - Cleaning Technology (w/m/d).
Deine Aufgaben:
- Technische Beratung und Unterstützung des Customer Sales & Service Desk sowie unserer Kunden bei der Auswahl von Reinigungstechnologie anhand von Prozess- und Anwendungsparametern
- Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen, insbesondere bei Abweichungen vom Standard oder bei technisch komplexen Anfragen
- Interne Koordination der Umsetzung von kundenspezifischen Sonderlösungen
- Ermittlung von Herstellkosten sowie Kalkulation von Preisen für Sondermaterialien zur Angebots- und Entscheidungsgrundlage
- Technische Unterstützung von Kunden sowie internen Fachbereichen bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Beratung der Nutzer zur Anwendung des Tank Cleaning Simulators sowie Klärung fachlicher Fragestellungen
