Product Operations Coordinator (Contract)
Responsibilities
- Support a leading consumer-facing news organization with day-to-day product operations, including CMS workflows and production execution
- Maintain publishing processes, tools, and operational best practices
- Assist with widget setup, coordination, and execution for News and election-related initiatives
- Support publishing operations across News workflows to ensure timely and accurate content delivery, processes, tools, and operational best practices
- Build operational redundancy for election and major event coverage
- Partner with Product, Editorial, and CMS/platform teams to support daily execution and delivery
- Prioritize and manage work across multiple initiatives using agile workflows
- Monitor, triage, and resolve operational issues, escalating when appropriate
