About this role
Overview
You’ll lead the product engine connecting digital verification APIs with on-ground physical operations, dispatch tooling, and payment rails nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Product roadmap across digital (KYC/KYB) and physical verifications
- Automated agent dispatch logic and internal tooling
- Payment infrastructure, agent payouts, and billing systems
- TAT, SLA benchmarks, and operational unit economics
Requirements
- Background: 3+ years in product management (fintech, payments, or gig/field operations preferred).
