Optum Card Products Product Manager (UnitedHealth Group)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle for assigned card products or product domains, including strategy, discovery, design, development readiness, launch, optimization, and retirement
- Define product strategy, roadmap, value proposition, business outcomes, and success measures aligned to customer, market, regulatory, risk, and business needs
- Drive product performance, including revenue, growth, profitability, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and risk outcomes
- Own or influence product P&L, including pricing, margins, forecasting, and financial impacts, in partnership with Finance
- Create clear product requirements, process flows, customer journeys, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog content that are ready for technology refinement and delivery
