• Obtain orders from different entities of Univar Solutions, forward to local vendors, confirm price, availability and shipment time. 从尤尼威尔旗下不同实体获取订单，转发至本地供应商，确认价格、库存及发货时间。

• Order entry into master file / system.将订单录入主文件/系统。

• Coordinate with vendors and ITS personnel in ocean freight program implementation, inspect the loading on site if necessary.协调供应商与IT部门人员实施海运计划，必要时现场监督装货。

• Follow up the shipment, advise internal customers the booking and shipping information. 跟踪货物运输状态，向内部客户通报订舱及运输信息。

• Check and file the shipping documents, track the payment.核验并归档运输单据，追踪款项支付。

• Arrange sample orders and track sample status.安排样品订单并追踪样品状态。

• Coordinate / follow up on product – supplier documentation and certificates needs.协调/跟进产品-供应商所需文件及证书

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience, chemical background preferred.工商管理学士学位或同等经验，化学背景优先。
