Job Summary
The Procurement Officer is responsible for executing field procurement, supplier engagement and market intelligence activities within assigned locations (Kano and Sagamu). The role sources agro-commodities such as cashew, soybeans, sesame, maize, shea nut, and other relevant agricultural commodities (within approved price and quality parameters), engages suppliers, aggregators and buying agents, gathers market price and availability information, coordinates loading and deliveries, liaises with Quality Control on inspection and acceptance, tracks contracted versus delivered volumes, and submits daily procurement reports, in support of the Procurement Supervisor and the wider procurement…
