We are seeking a competent and results-oriented Procurement Officer to support the organization's procurement activities by ensuring timely, cost-effective, compliant, and efficient sourcing of block production materials and machinery leasing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies in line with organizational objectives.
- Forecasting procurement needs and preparing short- and long-term procurement plans.
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers.
- Negotiating contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Maintaining effective supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
