About the Role The Procurement Automation & Operations Specialist is the automation engineering and analytics owner within Tarkett North America’s Strategic Procurement function. This role backs up PR/PO execution and leads automation building—Power Automate, RPA, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and BOT solutions—along with procurement reporting, savings tracking, price impact, PPI, and market intelligence across all procurement categories.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, validate, deploy, and sustain automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA platforms (Precisely Automate Studio, UiPath), AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and BOTs; translate requirements into scalable P2P workflow solutions.
- Own the full automation lifecycle: current-state documentation, solution design, build, UAT, deployment, and ongoing bot monitoring.
