Section: Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document functional and technical requirements.
- Implement new business solutions within agreed timelines, cost and scope.
- Support Payattitude implementation and operations.
- Conduct transaction testing with banks and validate product functionalities.
- Analyse user and solution requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical and administrative support to staff, banks and customers.
- Develop user and operational documentation for new solutions.
- Ensure processes are properly documented and standardised.
- Implement fixes and patches promptly.
