The Business Process Manager (BPM) will play a critical role in driving lean methodologies and practices across the PHCS business processes. This position works with various members of the leadership team to institutionalize continuous improvement (CI) practices within the entire organization. This position will represent PHCS to serve as a champion/role model for change. This position will identify projects, lessons learned, or best practices that can be replicated for deployment in all areas.
