About this Position As a Process Safety Engineering Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of Henkel's global process safety strategy, ensuring the highest standards of process safety, major accident prevention, and risk management across our manufacturing network. Acting as a trusted expert and strategic partner, you will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, SHE, and Project teams to strengthen process safety performance, support safe growth, and foster a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide process safety standards, procedures, governance, and management systems.
