What You Will Do (Job Description)
負責建立水冷產品（如 cold plate、manifold、connector、hose、sealing 結構）所需之關鍵製程能力與專業知識, 解析新產品樣品與試產數據，運用統計分析找出製程與設計技術缺口, 擬定並執行製程改善與技術補強計畫，確保順利導入量產 Establish and develop liquid cooling process technology capability and expertise. Analyze sample and pilot production data to identify process gaps and drive improvement plans until mass production readiness.
- 於設計初期主導水冷產品 DFM / DFA 評審，提前識別組裝、密封、公差與製程風險,定義並建立水冷組件的製造流程、組裝邏輯及關鍵製程參數, 與 Tooling / MPE 合作，確保治具、設備與流程設計可支援量產 Lead DFM/DFA reviews for liquid cooling products and define robust manufacturing processes (Include Tooling fixture design) to mitigate assembly, sealing, and tolerance risks.
- 主導水冷新品從樣品、試製、試產至量產之流程轉移與標準化, 建立並維護 PFMEA、Control Plan、組裝流程圖與作業指導書, 支援新設備、新材料與新製程的開發、驗證與導入 Drive NPI execution and technology transfer of liquid cooling products from development phase to stable mass production.
