About this role
Job Description Utilize HP4062/4073 testers with EG2080, EG4090, and TEL Precio XL probers, leveraging custom RMB code. Work with HP8753 and Cascade full-temperature probers using HP IC-CAP software. Manage Agilent B1500 with a manual probe station. Utilize miscellaneous test equipment, including HP4145, oscilloscopes, curve tracers, and pulse generators. Handle wafer inventory from previous silicon wafers. Perform measurements on package parts. Conduct transient manual measurements, such as Gate charge and Reverse recovery. Generate Bond Diagrams for packages. Design and order test boards.
