Job Purpose:
Lead the development team in developing and deploying digital channel and business software solutions, including system integrations. Guide the team through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment and support, ensuring that every solution is fit for purpose, secure and maintainable. Set and enforce the technical standards, coding practices and architectural principles the team builds against, and provide hands-on technical leadership by reviewing designs and code, unblocking complex technical problems, and mentoring developers to raise the overall engineering capability of the team.
