Job Description
The Market Inquiry Division conducts in-depth inquiries into the state of competition in markets where structural or behavioural features may hinder competition. Based on findings, the Commission may take action or make recommendations to address identified issues. This is a unique opportunity for a legal expert with a strong background in investigation, market regulation and competition law, litigation processes and investigative analysis. The successful incumbent will lead legal and analytical work in market inquiries.
