Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal/Lead UX Researcher to lead design research across web, apps, in-store digital experiences, and emerging AI-enabled touchpoints. This role involves advocating for user needs throughout the product development cycle and partnering cross-functionally to shape strategy and improve client experiences. The position requires a self-starter who can own their domain, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks independently while working PST hours if remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact research studies from end-to-end, applying sound judgment to select the appropriate methodology.
- Conduct both strategic and tactical research, with a comfort for fluctuating percentages between the two.
