Job Summary The Principal will lead the academic and administrative affairs of the elementary school. The successful candidate will ensure that pupils receive strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, character, creativity, and social development within a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide academic and administrative leadership for the school. Oversee the nursery and primary school curriculum. Monitor classroom instruction, lesson planning, assessment, and pupils’ progress. Strengthen the teaching of literacy, numeracy, digital skills, and foundational subjects. Supervise, support, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Organise staff development, meetings, timetables, school programmes, and pupil activities.
