About The Role
Our client is hiring for an experienced finance professional with extensive real estate market experience in Nigeria for Principal position within their Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in real estate financing or real estate development from an investment or commercial bank, IFI, private equity firm, asset management firm, or auditing/financial consulting firm operating to international standards. The candidate must have practical experience of participating in and leading complex transactions in the real estate and hospitality sectors through the full project life cycle.
