About this role
Pricing Manager in Pricing & Trade will take a highly business-facing role supporting Coloplast's Wound & Tissue Repair (WTR) business, including expansion outside the US and the Kerecis portfolio. You will shape pricing strategies for innovative products, strengthen governance, and ensure pricing decisions balance commercial opportunities with risk by partnering with Product Management, Market Access, Finance, Legal, and global markets.
What You'll Do
- Act as pricing lead and business partner for the Wound & Tissue Repair business area
- Drive end-to-end pricing for new product launches, especially within Advanced Wound Dressings
- Implement and further develop pricing governance frameworks across WTR and the markets
- Ensure robust business case evaluation and price setting, balancing value, competitiveness, and risk
