Pre-Sales Solution Design Associate (Technology Solutions)
We're hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Design Associate to work directly with reseller and internal partners over the phone, helping them build complete technology solutions for their customers. You'll uncover what a customer actually needs, then put together the right mix of products, services, warranties, and support to meet it, while spotting the cross-sell and upsell opportunities that come with doing that well.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role. You're not reading a script, you're diagnosing a business need and building the answer.
What You'll Do
- Talk through customer requirements, budget, timeline, and business goals with reseller and internal partners
- Recommend and assemble complete solutions: products, services, warranties, maintenance, and adjacent technologies
