Praktikum - Human Resources (m/w/x)
Deine Rolle
- Das Team im HR Business Service bei der Bearbeitung von diversen HR-Themen und bei der administrativen Durchführung von Standard-Prozessen (z.B. im Kontext Arbeitszeit, Zeugnisse, Verträge, usw.) unterstützen
- Mitarbeiteranfragen über unterschiedliche Eingangskanäle (z.B. Ticketsystem, Telefon-Hotline) eigenständig und mit Unterstützung des Teams beantworten und weiterleiten
- Dokumente vorbereiten (z.B. Betriebsratsanhörungen, etc.) und in der digitalen Personalakte ablegen
- Im Rahmen von Projekten bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Unterlagen, Anleitungen und Schulungsdokumenten zu HR Prozessen für Führungskräfte und HR Kollegen unterstützen
- Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen
Dein Profil
- Studium in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs
