Zur Unterstützung unseres P&O-Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) für einen Zeitraum von mindestens 3 Monaten in Vollzeit.
Schwerpunkt deines Praktikums ist die Unterstützung beim Rollout des Talent & Performance Managements am Werk Bünde, dazu wirst du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben erledigen:
- Analyse der Ausgangslage
- Auswertung vorhandener Kennzahlen, Reports und Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei der Erhebung des Ist-Zustands (Datensammlung, Dokumentation)
- Identifikation von Lücken und Optimierungspotenzialen im bestehenden Performance-Management-Prozess
Erarbeitung von Best Practices
- Recherche interner und externer Best Practices im Performance Management
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Guidelines, Templates und Schulungsunterlagen
Unterstützung beim Rollout im Werk
