The Opportunity
As a Power System Engineer, you will support the initial definition and electrical specification of main circuit equipment used in HVDC converter stations and associated yards, from the tender phase through project execution. You will contribute to activities such as initial studies, single line drawings, basic calculations, reliability, availability and maintainability studies, rating studies, and the definition of concepts for control and protection design within HVDC systems. The role involves interpreting customer requirements and translating them into engineering drawings and technical requirements for cross-functional engineering teams. You will participate in project meetings, present engineering-related topics, and collaborate with professionals across projects and disciplines.
